How do I return an item?
Any return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item. All returns require prior authorization.
We will replace or repair items damaged in transit, please contact us with 72 hours of receipt of any damaged items. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced in a timely manner, we will refund you the amount of the item plus shipping fees.
If you wish to return an undamaged item, you must call or e-mail us and receive a return authorization number. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning any items. We will not refund shipping fees. Once the item is received in its original condition, we will issue a refund. We do not refund the original shipping fees for returns of undamaged items.
