is another great wine cocktail that is served over ice, perfect for
summer afternoons or parties. A simple wine cocktail recipe, Sangria is
created with fresh fruit, a little sugar, a red wine, bit of brandy
and usually some type of soda. To extract the most flavor and juice
from your fruit, cut or slice them a few hours before serving, toss with
sugar and then add the proper amount of brandy to the mixture. Allow
the fruit to sit in the fridge for at least an hour before adding your
red wine. After all has been combined, mix your wine and fruit with a
